Hello - I'm evaluating Zoho Mail and was hoping, based on the feature description, that the Group feature is replacing distribution lists or mailing lists, however, I cannot seem to achieve the same functionality. With a mailinglist, you create a single address (i.e.
list@domain.com) and when an email is sent to that address, it gets delivered to all members of the group/list. More importantly, the list also adjusts the headers and sets reply-to to the lists address so that when you reply to such email, it does not go to the sender, but to the list again, allowing discussions within the list.
Question: does zoho support this? The Zoho Mail Groups feature does not work this way and I cannot find any option to enable this. Or is there another Zoho service besides Zoho Mail that can be used for this? Zoho Discussions seems to be aimed at web forums, and Zoho Campaigns at marketing / mass email rather than this. Thanks!
