Hi
My Zoho mail account has stopped receiving mail - last email received 9:08am 10th July 2017 (Australian Eastern time)
Email sent from my Zoho mail account can be received by other addresses - but mail to my Zoho mail account is not reaching my Zoho mail inbox at all
No Spam email has been receieved either since thattime - which is usually a significant number in 24+ hours
I had this problem before in that I could not access Zoho mail via the app. That time, when I accessed Zoho mail via Internet Explorer / Chrome the app synced & worked fine
This time, I cannot access new mail via any of those platforms
Can you please assist?
