Zoho Mail IMAP Disabling

Hi,

Wondering if anyone can help me.

I am trying to enable IMAP access for an email address I have on Zoho Mail, but when I click to enable it and come back to the page it goes back to disabled.

I didn't have any issues doing this with my other email address in Zoho Mail. 

Can anyone advise on what I should be doing to sort this out?
