ZOHO Mail in CRM NEEDS HELP!

Ugh.

I was working on an email in Zoho CRM for the last 30 minutes and lost the entire message because I dragged an attachment into the email.

Within seconds the email turned into a preview of the document I added.

Email lost.

UGH!

Tried using history to go back a page, but no luck.  ZOHO CRM EMAIL DOESN'T AUTOSAVE.

Drag and drop works great in ZOHO MAIL and AUTOSAVE works great in ZOHO MAIL.

PLEASE MAKE ZOHO CRM MAIL WORK AS WELL and help me love Zoho.
