We use Gmail for our company mail and I recently configured zoho mail as a POP3 so that client related communication would automatically go into the CRM.
1) All of my email messages copy from Gmail into Zoho. Over time this is going to be a lot of email going into Zoho.
2) It appears that if I delete an email from the Emails tab in Zoho CRM, it deletes it from the linked email to the Contact in CRM.
Question:
How do configure it so that my zoho mailbox doesn't fill up with thousands of non-client related emails, yet not delete the emails that are linked to CRM Contacts?
