Zoho Mail Invites and users not receiving emails

Zoho Mail Invites and users not receiving emails

First issue: Even though I've paid for 6 users, when I invite users they aren't receiving the invite email.

Second issue: With the 2 users that I've been able to add via invite, these email accounts aren't receiving emails.

Could you please help me??
