I have been using Zoho Mail for about a month.  Even with some minor issues, I think it is absolutely great!  The interface is intuitive and the clean simple design is a pleasure to use, much better than gmail.  Once IMAP support is added, I will be using Zoho Mail exclusively.  Also, I did try out the CRM app, and it is good as well.

 

I am not connected with Zoho in any way, just a user.
