Sorry for inconvenience caused. The option "Keep me signed in" holds the session active until you manually logout from your account. If you still feel that the problem occurs even after selecting the 'Keep me signed in' option , kindly check your browser settings and also look for any 3rd party software's installed in the browser that automatically clears the cookies and caches during regular time intervals due to which you account is auto logged out.
This happens to me like everyday. I am a subscriber the enterprise edition. We have several employees using this. It happens to them periodically but with me, it is practically everyday.
And yes, I do have the "remember me" checked off.
And no, I do not have any 3rd party app that clears cookies.
