Zoho Mail is no longer reliable enough for my business

Over the past few months there have been so many mail issues. All of which I have had to discover, or my clients have discovered and tell me that my mail isn't working. I have customers sending me mail now to my personal mail address because of these problems. Today I have customers saying they are getting bounce backs saying my email address does not exist on the mail server. On my end it looks like everything is working, I can log in, send mail, etc.

Meanwhile, There is no website that Zoho provides showing me what problems might be going on, no email to me saying "hey we are (or were) having problems that affected your account.", nothing. No updates.

Thanks Zoho, I'll be looking into another service since you can't seem to keep your mail servers operating properly and/or inform me of issues properly.
