Zoho Mail is slow, Client send us email(s) and it takes 5 to 8 minutes to receive them, What is Wrong!!

Hi,  My users are complaining that our email when used within Zoho CRM or directly in Zoho Mail is slow.

Our support team is on the phone with a client , they email us a small email file and it takes a minimum of 5 minutes before it is in our inbox.

What can be done to speed this up?  Thanks Steve
