Anyone had any luck integrating Zoho e-mail sends/receives to contacts in ZohoCRM? I have to maintain records/copies of e-mails for order entry etc. "Why'd you ship blue, I wanted red", "per your e-mail dated 11/2/08 you ordered blue" etc etc.

I've tried numerous CRM software programs (6 to be exact) and none match Zoho for flexibility and none offer decent linking of e-mails to contacts. Most depend/link to Outlook which is clunky on it's best day.

I'm open to suggestions. I've already tried the 500 folder drill in the save column by customer name but would really appreciate linking direct to the contact in ZohoCRM.

This seems like an obvious 'next step' for this great software, and since not a single other vendor on the planet has yet to come up with a solution that works, it must be a programing nightmare.
