Zoho Mail Mobile Verification Code

I understand that it is good to verify your account with a mobile number and use it to recover your account if something goes wrong. I am fairly new to Zoho mail, but I have to provide a code sent to my mobile number at least once every 2 days to login to my account. I has become more of an annoyance now. Is there anyway the frequency of the verification can be reduced?
