Zoho Mail not receiving mail

Zoho Mail not receiving mail

So far I have never had an issue with my info@louderthanwords.co.uk mail not working, but today it suddenly just stopped.

I keep getting this error on mail app on my mac:  The server returned the error: Connections to the server “imap.zoho.com” on the default ports timed out.

It seems that I can send emails OK, but I'm not receiving anything..

I have currently sent 2 test emails from different devices and accounts to my zoho mail without success, I have also tested opening my zoho mail on my other computer still with no success.

Can you please look into this please?
