Zoho mail not recording emails to contacts

Zoho mail not recording emails to contacts

My ZOHO mail is not recording email under the contacts in the CRM.  I have the email settings as shared and at one time they were working.  Also I have added a user with the mail add on and they are not appearing as an add on user in my administrator screen.
