Hello
I am trying to setup my Zoho mail account through my iPhone. I have managed to setup and can send emails from the account via my iPhone. However, when i send an email to the account, I get the following error message:
"The mail server "imap.zoho.com" is not responding. Verify that you have entered the correct account info in mail settings."
The following is the information I entered in the IMAP account information section on my phone:
Incoming Mail Server:
Host name: imap.zoho.com
User name: xxx
Pasword: xxx
Outgoing mail server: (Primary server)
Host name: smtp.zoho.com
User name: xxx
Pasword: xxx
Use SSL: On
Authentication: Password
Server port: 465
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
