Zoho mail only syncs one way on iPhone

Hello,

I recently changed my Zoho mail setup on my iPhone from IMAP to Activesync.  I receive new message on my phone just fine.  But if I delete a message on the zoho mail website, it will not delete on my phone.  If I delete a message on my phone, it will remove it on the website.  It appears the sync only going in one direction. Is this a known issue?

I have tried deleting the account on my iPhone and setting it up again, but I still have the same sync issue. Have I missed something in the setup perhaps?
