I'm looking to set up MX It! with a Gmail alternative; either Zoho Mail or Outlook.com as is now suggested in the TNT HQ.
At first look I'm tempted to go with Outlook.com and its 50 free email accounts compared to Zoho's 5.
Although not a power user (yet) I can imagine going over the five account limit fairly easily which is when Zoho starts to charge for its service.
Then, there's the added complexity that comes with having more than one site. If you have a number of email accounts pertaining to each site then that soon starts to add up. So again, the Microsoft offering looks more attractive.
Do any of you have experience with either of these providers and/or have any advice about managing email for more than one website? For example, funnelling ALL email to a single email application on your pc.
