Zoho Mail - POP Access stopped working correctly
I have used my email account on zoho.com during a couple of months now without any problems.
But since the 04.April 2011 I cannot access my incoming emails via POP Access out of my email Program (i use Mozilla Thunderbird).
All emails that i have recieved until the date of 04.April 2011 were loaded and shown correctly.
Since the 05.April, always when i try to update my Inbox out of Thunderbird i get the message:
No new mails on server.
The Problem is the same if i try to access via mail.app on my iphone.
The point is, that there are newer emails in my zoho inbox and i can see them if I login on the Zoho Homepage through the Browser.
I've been trying several things during the last days to fix the Problem:
- deactivating and reactivating POP Access in my Account settings did not help
- creating a new user-profile in thunderbird and reset the whole settings did not help (it loads all emails out of the inbox that recieved till 04.April; no ones after that date)
- trying to use a different email program (Evolution - in Linux) brings to the same result: only mails till 04.04 are beeing loaded
Same thing in the mail.app on my iphone
if i activate IMAP access, it shows me all emails, but because of my slow internet connection I do not want to use IMAP.
does anyone have any suggestions?
