We had an intermittent technical glitch at our end in accessing the Zoho Mail accounts via POP/ IMAP.
Zoho Mail recently experienced issues while accessing POP/ IMAP services. Due to this, users must have noticed an error while downloading mail via POP/ IMAP in email clients like Outlook, Mac Mail, Thunderbird, etc...
Root cause: Slowness observed in one of our POP/ IMAP server clusters which led to this error.
Our backend team had identified and fixed the issue on priority. POP/ IMAP fetch will resume now and emails should get downloaded. We request you to check whether the email clients work without errors now.
