Zoho Mail problems for a year
Dear Zoho Mail Team,
I'm tired of listening to claims from our users and customers. Zoho Mail service has been facing critical problems nearly every week last year.
Last few days we got 3 or 4 critical problems with Zoho Mail - it just doesn't work for few hours every day. Right now it doesn't work again and nobody responses.
Guys, what's happening with Zoho Mail?
We've been using Zoho since 2010 and last year is a real pain. That's absolutely unacceptable as for the paid service.
Nobody explains anything. Problems come, we CRY in the Twitter and by email, then problems get fixed after few hours and then it happens again.
Do you have any monitoring software? Why you never see the problems and catch them only after lots of claims from customers? It's VERY easy to monitor basic mail delivery, any junior system administrator can setup that in a day, why don't you do that?
Please, explain us what's happening with Zoho Mail (and other Zoho services) and what should we do. Is it a DDoS? Is it an internal problem? What is it?
