ZOHO Mail Replies Not Showing In Email
Here are steps:
1) I receive email
2) I share email and put: @person please respond to this email.
3) @person gets notice. They review email and respond with answer directly to customer via email.
4) @person and myself don't see the reply in the email. It appears email was never replied to, but it has been and I sender received the reply.
So confusing, no idea how this would work the way it is. I assume some preference somewhere about displaying replies in original email or something?!?
