zoho mail sent folder problems

I am creating a few things in zoho for the business I work for and currently a few things aren't working and i was wondering if I could get assistance on how to make it work. This is my problem, when i send an email from zoho email it shows up in the sent folder which is what i want obviously but the problem i have is when I sent an email from the contact tab under the module it doesn't show up in the sent file under zoho email even though I am sending the email through the same account ( leonardusa@zoho.com). How do I get ALL sent emails to show up in the sent email folder under the email tab?
