Zoho mail servers not receiving or delivering mail

Looks like there might be an issue with the Zoho mail servers since I'm unable to receive mail. I use McAfee SaaS for filtering and the McAfee logs show that it is unable to deliver mail to the Zoho server. Exact message is:

Recipient Disposition: [250 FailSafe Queue (Backend Defer FailSafe); Mode: normal; Queued: yes; Frontend TLS: yes; SPF: None]

Which means that McAfee was not able to deliver the message, is holding on to it, and will try to deliver it again later.

I have also tried sending email to myself via webmail (from me, to me), but it does not get delivered.
