Hi,

   I think this has been raised before, but I'd like to emphasise just how valuable Shared Mailbox feature would be in Zoho Mail. 

This feature is available in Outlook / GSuite. I have been recommending my clients to move to Zoho Mail (business), however this single feature is proving to be a sticking point.

The Shared folders / Group mail has been suggested, but both of them are inelegant workarounds.
