For the last 2 or 3 days Zoho Mail is loading slowly on my desktop computer and even more slowly on my netbook.

First I get a blank screen, then after a moment the coloured Zoho Mail header appears, then after another pause the full window of text appears, but even if I see new mail I can not open it straight away, a message saying Loading , Please Wait appears. All of which is most frustrating.

 

On both computers I am using Internet Explorer 8 and Windows XP (remember that I can not upgrade Internet Explorer without moving to Windows 7), my security is Avast Free and Spyware Blaster, and I clear the system frequently  with Ccleaner. My time zone is British Summer Time (which I think is Greenwich Mean Time + 1 hour?). The problem occurs at all hours.
