Zoho mail smtp settings for cpanel wordpress site

Hi

my domain is hosted by cpanel and I have a wordpress site on it. The emails for the domain are hosted on Zoho Mail.

I have the correct configurations set up to receive and send emails for my domain using Zoho servers.

The MX Records in CPanel have been set as follows:

10 mx.zoho.com .
20 mx2.zoho.com .

The remote mail exchanger option in cpanel has been enabled so all emails are routed to Zoho mail servers.

To enable emails on the wordpress site, a plugin called SMTP Mailer has been installed.

The following details have been used for the SMTP mailer settings:

SMTP Host = smtp.zoho.com

SMTP Authentication = True

SMTP Username = (my zoho mail email address)

SMTP Password = 2 factor authorisation is enabled therefore an application specific password has been created and used for this field

Type of Encryption = SSL

SMTP Port = 465

The SMTP settings do not allow me to send emails from my wordpress site as it appears that the zoho mail server is blocking the connection.

Can you advise which settings/details need to be changed to enable the wordpress site to use the zoho mail server.
