Good afternoon, I wonder if someone can help me understand where zeptomail fits within the architecture of the zoho solution?
I have a zoho mail account, the account has 3 domains attached to it. One of these domains is used for a very light level of transactional emails (less than 5000 emails in 6 months). I am wondering if I should move to zeptomail? If I do:
1) Does this affect how my zoho mail is set up? I have a number of users, groups and aliases set up, and it all works well at the moment.
2) If it does affect all of that, do I need to start again with zeptomail, or will it just work seamlessly.
Most of my emails are sent from a group email address (which has two aliases). My users are members of that group and can send and receive from/to that group or any of the aliases.
It took me a while to get the logic set up of how it all worked, and I'd hate to have to start again, but if someone could explain how zeptomail fits into all this, it would really help
