Zoho mail unable to receive booking enquiries from my website

Hi, I have a "make an enquiry" form on my website that I have tried to get sent through to my Zoho mail account, but for some reason I dont receive any enquiries from the form. Ive tested the Zoho mail account and it can receive mail fine from other sources but just cant get the website form to work. I have also hired people to help resolve this but they say it is all set up correctly. Ive spoken to my website host godaddy and they say everything is set up correctly and to talk to Zoho. If you could please help with this issue I'd be grateful.
