I currently subscribe to Zoho One and overall I am very Happy. I came from Office 365 and feel that Zoho is better for my needs. I do use many of the apps but as  construction company I find myself using WorkDrive, Projects, Cliq & CRM extensively.

I still use Outlook for email and moving away from this will be my last step to exit the Office 366 environment. I would love for Mail and the calendar feature to be the best fit for what I need to continue to streamline and am am looking for any feedback to help make a decision. What I have noticed is that all of the independent Zoho consultants I have worked with still use Google for email and Calendar. I DO NOT want to use Google if possible because I do not agree with their privacy policies but I have been guided to Google by the experts and have a hard time finding any of the consultants that know much more then I do that use Mail for their own businesses.

I have set up a personal email account in Mail and it seems that the integration with projects and other Zoho apps is something that is very appealing. I will now load the iphone app and try that out. The Outlook app is terribly slow on my iphone so I hope I have a better experience with the Zoho app.

Any feedback to help me make this decision by anyone who has experience is greatly appreciated!
