Zoho Mail will not load

This morning I could not get Zoho Mail to load. After entering my user/pass, I would get a "loading" notice, but it would never load up. I tried chrome and firefox on two laptops from the same IP and then on chrome and firefox from a desktop on a different IP. I submitted a request for help and after 6 hours no one has responded. I googled the issue and discovered others have been having this problem. Someone suggested they were able to load their email by opening up an incognito window. Fortunately, this worked for me also. Just now I was able to login using chrome without issue, so the problem appears to have resolved itself. However, 6 days into my 30 day trial and I've discovered what is for me a major flaw in the product and after 6 hours of no response for an emergency request on a paid product is unacceptable. I'm exporting everything out and cancelling my account. This is unacceptable.
