Zoho Mail/Zoho CRM

How do I get email messages sent or received in Zoho Mail to show up in the Emails section of a Contact or Lead page? I send an email to a Lead through Zoho Mail and it never shows up in that Lead's page in Zoho CRM. Same for mail received from Leads and Contacts.
