Zoho Maill Add-on with Zoho email account
I am a new user trying to configure my Zoho CRM account with my Zoho Mail account. I set these two accounts up independently, which may have been my mistake, but Zoho required a unique user name for each account. So now my Zoho CRM account has one user name, and my Zoho Mail account has a different user name. When I go to configure the Mail Add-On inside CRM, it displays a default mail address of <CRMusername>@zoho.com. This is not my actual Zoho mail address. When I click on the Add email account link, it takes me to a POP3 screen to add another email address. The problem is that I am trying to add a Zoho mail account using IMAP, because only the Zoho email service supports IMAP with the Mail Add-On. So how do I add a Zoho mail account (with IMAP) to the Mail Add-On inside CRM?
