Zoho Mails - Settings

Hi!

Before all, excuse my bad English. It isn't my first tongue.

Can you help me?

Each time I tried to set Zoho mail from Zoho Personal View, a new window appears as shown at the attachment and it seems to freeze. The same happens when I tried to access to Zoho Contacts Apps. My browser is Mozilla Firefox.
