Though the Zoho Campain and Zoho Marketing Hub are great , but mostly on email marketing and SMS.
Nowadays, there are many point of contact and sale took place on Social platform such as facebook , instagram,..
In many Asian countries, many sales happen on Facebook .
Zoho support Facebook chat ( Zoho Social ) but this app is not focus on Sales like SalesIQ , but for commucation channel with customer only . Zobot is now on salesiq , many of my clients use other chatbot for facebook fanpage , i can not do it with Zobot
And for Marketing Hub , it should be multi channel automation. but for Socail / Facebook , it stops at post, .... and Journey does have only email / sms action. We and our Clients NEED direct social engagement as : direct output to Facebook Messenger ,... There are many softwares in market already doing it , and Zoho platform already has those functions but not included in action. We lose big market share here
So please activate them as soon as possible on Marketing Hub. Many of our clients are ready for Zoho,
