Zoho Meeting: Latest Features, Enhancements, and Bug Fixes
Hi there,
We released some major attendee engagement features in the webinar module of Zoho Meeting last month, and now, we've added even more enhancements to Zoho Meeting to help you engage your audience and present your best every time.
Features and enhancements
Webinars
Engage leads before and after webinars through emails
You can now use email to promote your webinars and engage your leads with our Zoho Campaigns integration. View this option under Registration after you create a webinar. Learn more.
Share poll results
Your webinar attendees can now view the results after they participate in a poll during your webinar. This makes it easier for attendees to understand the percentage of votes and the outcome, so you won't need to explain the results without visual reference.
Meetings
View microphone level
Zoho Meeting now offers a live animation representing the sound level for your computer audio, so you can test your audio equipment before you enter a session. Enter a meeting window and select computer audio to check your volume level.
Add users to your Zoho CRM-Meeting Plus
You can now add users without a Zoho CRM account to your Zoho CRM-Meeting Plus account without paying for extra user licenses. To add users, go to Settings > Subscriptions and click Add users in the top-right corner.
Mobile app updates
iOS
- In addition to the existing data centers in the US, India, and Europe, we are now adding a new DC in the Australian region.
- You can now attach screenshots or other files while sharing feedback about the app to help us look in to issues.
Android
- Screen share crash fix in Android 5 & 6 devices.
- Turkish, Simplified Chinese and traditional language support.
- Crash fix during joining locked meetings and UI freeze fix.
Bug fixes
Major bug fixes this month include resolutions for issues related to receiving registration confirmation emails, downloading webinar reports, webinar access after user migration, webinar Q&A, and chat and screen sharing in online meetings.
