Zoho Mobile App iOS Not Syncing At All

Hello Zoho,

I am unable to perform any functions using the mobile app. It won't sync at all and simply displays "request timed out." I receive the notification that a message has arrived, but cannot retrieve it and cannot move any messages from the inbox to other folders. I have tried updating settings and other functions, none of which were completed successfully.
