Zoho not respecting my spam and filter preferences.

Even when I mark an email address as not spam it will still put it in the spam folder.  Even when I put the address in my email contacts and make a filter for it to send it to my inbox it is putting the address in spam.  I did upgrade to the new zoho mail because I figured you were dropping services to the old email interface, but it didn't work.
