We have the domain actually hosted by GoDaddy and we're using Google Suite/App and gmail for our email.   Have Cloudflare in place and the MX records are set up properly in there but Zoho still doesn't recognize that email is set up nor that emails are being sent/received via Gmail.

What are we doing wrong?
