Up until last night, ZoHo worked perfectly sending emails. Not sure what is going on. No settings changes, but ZoHo will not send email. Don't even know where to start as I don't find any area affected by setup. Did ZoHo servers go down?
... and yes, this was from LEADS and an email was entered and saved for the lead.
... entering our emails in CC and BCC resulted in additional errors
... no one received emails from ZoHo, had to send from external email programs.
