Dear Support Team,
I am an admin user of the account arizontal.com wherein the problems are faced only with my emailid - none of the other users are facing the issues. Below are the two issues:
1. ONLY my email account is not working in outlook while other email accounts that I have created are working perfectly - all the outlook settings are same.
2. On Zoho mail I am able to receive the emails whereas the emails that I am sending are not received by the recipients, neither they are receiving them in spam folders.
This was not the case earlier which might have triggered after zoho made it compulsion to add spf and dkim records which I added successfully. Please help!
