Hello, I have recently registered a business email account with Zoho.

I was hoping to manage my emails via Outlook 365 on a laptop (not MAC)

After following the instructions online, it keeps saying "Send test email failed".

Please can you advise if Zoho is still available on the new Outlook and if the process of synching the two has changed?
