I am facing this issue for some time now.

I have been trying to invoke a URL on a Lead create for which I used the automation tools Workflow and Webhook.

When I use the url generated in the workflow, substitute the merge fields with values, and run in fiddler, it invokes the method on the End Point URL, hence working fine

But when I create a Lead in Zoho no method invoked on the End Point URL. I am not sure if

1. the workflow is invoked

2. workflow invoked but webhook failed

Cannot debug because no details in the Log(Audit Log) or I need to look elsewhere?
