Purchased 10 annual licenses for Zoho One. Nothing but problems related to this buggy platform.

The latest one is that when I (as Super admin) click on a regular (non admin) user in Admin Home ( https://one.zoho.com/zohoone/securonet/adminhome#/users), it quickly flashes the "loading" dots, then shows "Select a user to view details."

If I make a user admin, I'm able to edit the user record normally.

We reached out via chat to Zoho, only to be told there is no chat support for Zoho One customers; we're second class citizens.
