I want to point out that zoho one chat with us service is not working very well. 

We did work for a lot with zoho CRM and Zoho project experiencing a good service also with the chat with us  service getting very good support. 

I do not understand really why when we decided to step up to Zoho one the chat with us service of Zoho project has been cut off passing wiuth an almost not existing service with zoho one
