Hello,
I would like to set up my Outlook to automatically attach emails to the correct CRM account and have done so. However, I noticed that when I delete the email in Outlook it takes it out of the email section in the connected CRM account. Is there a way to stop it from auto-deleting in the CRM? I would like to keep a running history of emails for each customer without having to keep all emails in my inbox in Outlook.
