I am using the Zoho Plug In for Outlook 2013 and find that my Add-Ins toolbar where the plug in resides has vanished. When I go to view and manager the Microsoft Office Add-Ins it shows me that the Zoho CRM Plug-in is "Inactive" but it cannot be activated and the toolbar will not reload.
I have uninstalled the plug in, outlook and office and reinstalled and all was fine for a couple of days and then again it was gone.
Anyone having similar problems or does anyone have an explanation or solution to this? It's extremely frustrating.
