Zoho page layouts are not being applied
I'm new to Zoho but not CRMs and I am having an issue with a page layout not being updated.
I have a layout rule set to apply when lead source = Facebook, but the standard layout Is still being applied.
Perhaps I am doing something wrong, but when I built the layout rule I specified that when lead source = Facebook use the Facebook Lead layout. Does this assignment not automatically update the layout based on the criteria? I also can't seem to manually change the layout...it Is locked on standard.
Do I need a workflow to do this on create/edit? Seems silly.
