Zoho People: How to handle tiered overtime and specific overtime for public holidays

Perhaps someone has help on this topic,

For Zoho People, we have these overtime requirements:
1.Typical working week is 40 hours - No overtime.
2.Overtime of 15% on base rate per hour, for working hours of 41 to 48 hours per week
3.Overtime of 20% on base rate per hour, for working hours exceeding 48 hours per week
4.Overtime of 30% on base rate per hour, for working on public holidays
5.Overtime of 50% on base rate per hour, for specific night hours worked (between 22:00 to 6:00);

We are finding it a challenge to locate the exact location to fully include these.
As separately, we need to understand how to use the extended OT and OT options correctly and if our tiered overtime is even possible?

Any help or advice on past experiences would be greatly appreciated.
