Zoho performance in the last few months has been poor

Zoho performance in the last few months has been poor

Including today, in the last four months, Zoho has become unresponsive (read: unusable) seven times for long periods of time (I define long as 10 minutes or more):
      -6/7/16
      -6/6/16
      -4/25/16
      -4/12/16
      -4/8/16
      -3/29/16
      -3/14/16

I am told that these are "minor outages". How many more "minor outages" can my company take? How many more times does Zoho become unresponsive that I leave the platform? 

What is being done to stabilize Zoho to make me feel comfortable that Zoho is the right tool for my company?
