How am I supposed to get through to support? I have filled out two tickets that never got responded to.
When I call the "24 hour" Zoho CRM support 1-888-900-9646 I am directed to leave a message. Every time I leave a message, they call me back after hours (we are closed after 4, and I mention it in the message). I then call back the next morning to speak with your "24 hour" team and yet again the cycle continues of leaving a message and not getting called back until after we close.
I demand a response, this is absolute crap when it comes to support. If this post gets deleted or unanswered, we will have no choice but to leave Zoho and a trail of bad reviews. Please answer my question.
